Unique Window Services (UWS) has been in operation in QLD for over 50 years. Managing Director, Shane Grice, completed his Glazing apprenticeship with a small yet reputable family business in 1989. On completion of his apprenticeship Shane moved onto work for a large well known window company. Two years later, at 22 years of age, he decided to become self employed specialising in commercial shopfront installations. In 1996 he purchased UWS from a husband and wife team. Starting with only himself as an employee, today the business has grown to 15 staff members and climbing.

With a wealth of knowledge and industry experience Shane has built UWS to be a highly regarded, honest and reliable company. All new employees undergo relevant industry training which Shane instructs passing on his extensive skills. The key to UWS success is keeping active in the industry; Shane installs equipment, quotes on jobs and assists his team on day to day projects.
